I hope so. After years of doing the yo yo thing I am finally going to try the only thing that is said to really work long term; portion control. Last week I found Gyminee and this week I started using it to track my weight, eating, water intake, and exercise.
So far I’ve found that initial setup is easy and the interface is simple to navigate. After setting up my free account I entered my current height, weight, and other stats and established a weight loss goal. I log on every day to enter the foods I eat into my nutritional log.
